We are a diverse family of Christ followers, deeply rooted in our identity, who walk confidently in our God-given gifts and share the love of Jesus wherever we go. We are dedicated to scripture, worship passionately, embrace our freedom, believe in and contend for miracles, and strive to unite the Church as Jesus prayed in John 17.

OUR STORY

This community of believers started out in Mark and LeeAnn Rampulla’s living room in the summer of 2008. They gathered together with six other families to pray and seek God about starting a church family in their city of Spring Hill.

The gatherings shifted in September of 2008 with a once a month meeting ("Preview Services", as we liked to call them) just to test the waters and see if people would attend. And they did. In the last month of 2008, the facility at 3011 Harrah Drive became available. This started the “faith journey” that has permeated throughout the history of SVC...

“God leads. We respond.
He provides.”

In January 2009, our official weekly Sunday services started and Southview Church was born. Since then many families have been added to the original six couples. Suites have been added, restructured and reorganized to best fit the function of our growing community. People, different ages and cultures, started doing life together with each other outside the four walls. Healings, salvations and freedom started taking place. Multiple services were created. All the while, Holy Spirit continues to provide and build this family into the Church we are today, reminding us that WE ARE THE CHURCH not the building we meet in.

In the fall of 2018, Southview was GIVEN 13 acres of prime real estate at the intersection of Rt 31 and Goose Creek bypass (right off of 840). We are excited to take the heartbeat of our family to a building custom made for the needs of our growing and healthy church. Stay tuned as our story continues…

In 2017 we unveiled our updated logo to feature the "sound wave". The prophetic word for our community has been, and continues to be, written around the "sound" God has for us.

What is His "sound"? What is God speaking to His people? What is His song for our community? In Music City, what is God's song and His word for us?

We at Southview have made it our pursuit to listen to the sound of God. Just as the ancient scriptures have stated to us, God is always speaking. Whether through a song, a vision, a dream, a still small voice or even a burning bush, God finds creative and sometimes simple ways to speak. The real question is, are we quiet enough to hear Him?

This sound wave in our logo is actually someone saying "I Love You". We believe the greatest thing we can say or sing is the love of God. And in return our Father speaks His love over us. This is what we all long for. This is what our ears have been created to hear. This is why we exist. To hear His sound. To hear I LOVE YOU.
